Free all-in-one Fallout mod manager

Fallout Mod Manager is a free game utility software to expand the scope of the mod manager. With this tool, you don’t need two different managers for Fallout: New Vegas and Fallout 3. Instead, you can use FOMM with both games from a single installation file. Compared to Vortex and Frosty Mod Manager, this one has a simpler interface and ensures hassle-free management of Fallout modifications.

FOMM download offers all the new features available for both games. In addition to this, the folders used by FOMM to store the installed info and FOMods are completely configurable. This lets you place the files in any disk on the Windows PC. The modification manager is easy to use, simple, and powerful.

A hassle-free mod manager to keep modifications organized

When you use this modification manager for the first time, you’re asked about the destination folder for the FOMM installation information and FOMods. While default locations are recommended, you can specify alternate locations. In case you have a different drive dedicated to FOMods, you can store FOMM in this specific destination.

What are the features?

FOMM download comes with a range of features. The mod manager ensures fail-safe mod installs. It also prevents half-installed modifications. With Fallout Mod Manager, it’s easier to add new mods, retrieve missing information about modifications, and access multiple mods from a single dashboard. From the ‘settings’ window, you can change the options based on your preferences.

The powerful modification manager can upgrade mods without reactivating them or changing the mods that need to be overwritten. FOMM also supports mod reactivation, which can be changed with installation options without having to reinstall the specific mod.

A collection of utilities for creating and using mods

Fallout Mod Manager replaces all the existing FOMM installations. Installations for Fallout 3 are left intact, just in case you want to play the older game. After installing the modification manager, you can still manually uninstall the older versions of the utility software.

Our team performs checks each time a new file is uploaded and periodically reviews files to confirm or update their status. This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
